Mental Health Awareness Week – ‘Around the World’ Strava Challenge

During May, to mark this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week on the theme of movement, we’re excited to introduce the ‘Around the World’ challenge, exclusively for our Strava followers!

To participate simply follow the Mental Health Foundation on Strava and let them know you would like to join the challenge. If don’t already follow them follow this link.

The aim is to challenge yourself to accumulate as many miles as possible throughout the month, virtually exploring different countries while raising awareness for mental health and celebrating the positive impact of physical activity on the mind.

The choice is yours – You decide how to log your miles, whether it’s through rowing, running, walking, cycling, or any other activity.

Clean Sport Week – 13-17 May

The theme this year is “Journey to the Podium”, highlighting the hard work, dedication, commitment to clean sport and passion it takes for an athlete to get to the top of their sport. This year’s campaign also ties into Mental Health Awareness Week.

Follow @ukantidoping on social media to see a range of educational and exciting content throughout the week. To find out more click on UKAD’s Clean Sport Week website.
