The GB Rowing Team Senior Programme
The GB Rowing Team Senior Programme includes Olympic and Paralympic squads
The GB Rowing Team Senior Programme is responsible for the development, training, and selection of the GB teams for senior international competitions, including the World Cup series, the European and World Championships, and the Olympic and Paralympic Games.
The programme is supported through funding from UK Sport and is based out of the National Training Centre (NTC) in Caversham, Reading. The NTC at Caversham was established in 2006 and since then has seen numerous Olympic and Paralympic gold medallists prepare for success. The centre hosts around 80 full time athletes, alongside high performance coaches and support staff. The Senior Programme is closely aligned to the UK Sports Institute, based at nearby Bisham Abbey.
