University of York Boat Club – Lead Women’s Coach

UYBC are seeking a lead coach to enable the continued progress of the Senior Women’s program at UYBC.

Working with the Head Coach, the Lead Coach (Women) will be responsible for the delivery of training and formation of crews in the ~30-strong squad.

The Lead Coach will also work closely with the Novice and Development Coaches to identify and provide a pathway for up-and-coming athletes to play a role in the senior squads.

UYBC have been building momentum across the Men’s and Women’s squads in recent years, with 2024 shaping up to be our strongest season ever. This is a great opportunity for a coach to make a step into an aspiring performance program and develop themselves under an experienced Head Coach.
